Join Our Team as a Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling wireless products and services, and meeting sales targets.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a high school diploma or equivalent. You will work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Reliable transportation is a must, as you will be required to travel to multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sell wireless products and services
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the store
  • Conduct calls to customers to educate them on wireless products and services
  • Perform operational procedures, including store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 10 pounds as needed
  • Ability to travel approximately 10%
