We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Club Operations Coordinator at Genesis Health Clubs.
Job SummaryThis position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including processing guest check-ins, member retention, and maintaining quality customer service.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Execute procedures outlined by the front desk manual.
- Answer phones, take messages, and transfer calls.
- Be knowledgeable of club amenities and surroundings.
- Communicate kindly and sincerely with our members.
As a Club Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the operations manager to develop strategies that support club goals and objectives. This includes attending all staff and club meetings and events, establishing and maintaining professional relationships with members and staff, and ensuring the front desk is clean, maintained, and organized at all times.
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
