Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays
  • Assist with visual merchandising, set up, and other store-related projects
  • Handle cash register transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and metrics
Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb a ladder to reach merchandise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
