Key Responsibilities:
Patient Support:
Deliver essential nursing care, including thorough assessments, patient education, and advocacy to enhance patient experiences.
Data Management:
Establish and maintain a robust database to track vital metrics of multi-disciplinary clinics, such as new patient appointments, second opinions, and clinical trial participation.
Effective Communication:
Engage in clear and compassionate communication with patients, families, colleagues, and external stakeholders to foster exemplary patient care.
Professional Growth:
Identify and recommend training opportunities for both yourself and your team to promote continuous professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- 3-5 years of relevant nursing experience.
- Active Maryland Registered Nurse License.
- Certification in CPR from the American Heart Association.
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification is highly desirable.
