  • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform phlebotomy and other laboratory procedures
  • Transcribe and document patient orders and care plans
  • Reinforce patient and family education
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide unit services

Requirements

  • Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing
  • Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency
  • Open to considering New Grad LPNs
