  • Comply with patient needs at all times, ensuring their questions are answered and concerns addressed.
  • Maintain procedure rooms, ensuring they are clean and ready for use.
  • Assist doctors during procedures, following instructions and individual preferences.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Ensure patients receive post-procedure instructions and medication information, as needed.
  • Monitor supply levels and replace as needed.
  • Train new staff members, as required.
  • Assist ultrasound staff, as needed.
  • Transport supplies or equipment, as required.
  • Work overtime, as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Receptionist or healthcare experience required.
  • Spanish and English language proficiency required.
  • Weekend availability required.
