About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our team at Trinity Employment Specialists. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in empowering children and their families across Tulsa and beyond.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess speech and language skills in children to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to address communication disorders and promote effective communication.
  • Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient information, treatment plans, and progress in a thorough and accurate manner.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
