Job Summary

As a Pharmacy Technician at Hannaford Supermarkets, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the pharmacy team. Your strong communication and customer service skills will enable you to personalize the customer experience, while your ability to learn and adapt will allow you to assist with filling and processing prescriptions, and perform various clerical functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, using your skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
  • Work alongside pharmacists to assist with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience.
  • Support the pharmacy by performing clerical functions such as filling, organizing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, as the retail environment is constantly changing, and be willing to perform other job functions as needed.
