Key Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a dedicated and collaborative individual for the role of Architecture Specialist within our esteemed Architecture department. This team plays a vital role in our organization, collaborating with various divisions to create, draft, and uphold innovative and appealing home designs that resonate with market demands.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for residential architecture, the design process, and the art of rendering, along with the ability to translate these creative concepts into precise technical drawings. Responsibilities Include:

  • Producing accurate construction drawings and detailed specifications.
  • Evaluating proposed designs to ensure compliance with relevant codes.
  • Completing independent tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Applying design principles effectively to fulfill project requirements.
  • Coordinating selections with standard plans to develop site-specific drawings ready for permit submission.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
  • Master of Architecture is a plus.
  • Experience in residential architecture or relevant coursework.
  • Familiarity with architectural drafting standards, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, utilizing CAD and Revit software.
  • Proficiency in design visualization tools and rendering software to create compelling visuals for clients and project stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and precision.
  • Creative problem-solving skills in design.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication abilities for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio presentation is required during the interview process.

This position is based in our Corporate Architecture Department.
