Thriveworks Counseling is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in Chapel Hill, NC.

• Provide counseling services to clients, focusing on depression and anxiety treatment
• Conduct intakes and diagnoses under the supervision of a licensed professional
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client care

• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program
• Approved by the board as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate
• Post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• FREE group and individual clinical supervision
• A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, paid orientation, and annual pay increases
• Flexibility with scheduling, including a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote)
• Full clinical caseload established within the first days
