Custodial Assistant

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a skilled Custodial/Cleaner to join our team at an apartment community in Johnston, RI. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash and cleaning vacant apartments.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as repairing mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and assist with repairs.
• Communicate effectively with residents, co-workers, and management to ensure a positive community experience.
• Contribute to a team-oriented approach to serving residents and maintaining a successful community.
• Assist with snow removal and maintain the grounds, amenities, and building exteriors.
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, including the leasing office, clubhouse, and parking lots.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license required
• Reliable vehicle
• Criminal Background and drug test required
• Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm
