In this role as Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing personnel, equipment, inventory, and the overall material condition of the facility
  • Managing production facilities, paint/stain, and fire retardant application
  • Maximizing efficiency, productivity, and expense management
  • Monitoring and managing expenses (labor, equipment, fuel, repairs, supplies, and utilities)
  • Participating in branch warehouse standardization reviews
  • Recruiting, supervising, developing, and cross-training employees
  • Managing work schedules and overtime
  • Monitoring employee productivity and conducting documented employee reviews
  • Ensuring safe and accurate material receipt, storage, and loading
  • Managing the physical condition of the facility and maintaining a relationship with the local property manager
  • Managing safety programs and investigating accidents or incidents
  • Collaborating with Human Resources on injured employees and restricted duty
  • Complying with OSHA standards and requirements
