About the Role

">Key Responsibilities

- Provide primary care services to patients with chronic pain management experience preferred">
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and outstanding outcomes">
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using Epic EMR system">
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including DEA and California licensure requirements">
What We Offer
