Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients to develop and implement effective therapy programs.
  • Conduct thorough and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring timely and efficient entry of charges.

  • Supervise and mentor ancillary staff, students, and volunteers to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and advancements in physical therapy to enhance patient care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience above the minimum qualification.
  • Current Physical Therapist (PT) licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
