CHANDON California, a proud member of the LVMH family, is at the forefront of sparkling wine production in the USA. Our commitment to excellence drives us to create products that are not only market leaders but also a reflection of our rich heritage.
We are currently seeking a Winery Production Specialist to become an integral part of our Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing routine bottling and sanitation processes, ensuring the highest standards of wine quality are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Leading special projects within the Production department.
- Completing work orders for hand labeling, unique packaging, and other non-standard packaging for our diverse range of Sparkling wine products.
- Efficiently loading and unloading dry goods from the production line.
- Assisting with start-ups, changeovers, and shutdowns under supervision.
- Executing end-of-day and shift cleaning tasks effectively.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A background in winery production, with a preference for those with 3 years of experience.
- A strong understanding of safe production practices and the ability to follow established procedures.
- The capability to operate a forklift, with certification preferred.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to perform measurements accurately.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
