Cigar Concierge

As a Cigar Concierge at Davidus Cigars LTD, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences. You will process transactions, answer questions, stock shelves, and ensure every customer leaves feeling positive about their visit.

The ideal candidate will have retail sales experience, cigar and pipe knowledge, and an outgoing, upbeat personality. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, working with a team, and assuming responsibility.

Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, using classic sales techniques, processing transactions efficiently, verifying customer identification, and maintaining store safety standards.

Requirements include being at least 21 years of age, having retail sales experience, and having cigar and pipe knowledge. You must be able to climb, bend, kneel, and reach, and be able to stand for entire shifts. Shift times depend on the hours of operations for each store, but shift lengths are typically between 5-8 hours long each.
