Job Summary:

As a Dishroom Attendant at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. This includes loading, running, and unloading the dish machine, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and containers are properly stored, and organizing the dish room. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning food preparation and production areas, as well as hauling kitchen trash.
