Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MRI Imaging Specialist responsible for the execution and coordination of MRI scans for diagnostic evaluations, as well as delivering patient services utilizing relevant imaging technologies.

  • Communicate procedures to patients in understandable terms and verify their comprehension.
  • Ensure the comfort and safety of patients throughout their appointment.
  • Prepare, position, and stabilize patients prior to conducting imaging scans.
  • Conduct radiologic examinations to capture accurate and clear body images.
  • Perform intricate examinations and general diagnostic imaging procedures.
  • Monitor patients during imaging processes.
  • Adhere to all radiological safety protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an AMA accredited School of Radiological Sciences is required.
  • Licensure by the State Medical Board (MRT) is preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical imaging environment is highly desirable.
  • Registered with the (ARRT) American Registry of Radiologic Technology in MRI is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification is mandatory.
