The Supervisor, Quality Control, Microbiology is a key member of our quality control team at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc.

This role supports the environmental monitoring and microbiology testing programs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and integrity.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and quality control, with experience in managing a team and overseeing laboratory operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the QC Microbiology laboratory, ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies.
  • Perform routine testing and analysis, including environmental monitoring, gas sampling, and microbiological testing.
  • Manage laboratory personnel, providing guidance and training to ensure high-quality results and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols, ensuring alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure seamless execution of quality control activities.
