Nurse Transition Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled RN to join our team as an RN Fellow in Labor and Delivery. This is an exceptional opportunity for a registered nurse to transition into a new specialty and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Salary: $40.56 - $83.20 per hour, plus shift differentials and bonuses
Job Description:
As an RN Fellow in Labor and Delivery, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting the nursing team. Your responsibilities will include participating in structured curriculum, working with experienced preceptors, and engaging in hands-on learning experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider NRP - American Academy of Pediatrics within 6 months (180 days) of hire
- 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
