We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.25, plus tips that average $15-$35 per hour, depending on location. Our benefits package includes Paid Time Off, medical/dental insurance coverage for those working 25 hours or more per week, and a 401k with matching for full-time employees (30 hours or more per week). About the Role:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, and have a keen sense of teamwork and leadership. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality coffee and espresso drinks, demonstrating proficiency in milk texturing and latte art, providing top-notch customer service, engaging with customers, maintaining a calm working environment during peak periods, being punctual, explaining and selling whole bean coffee, retail merchandise, brewing tools, and accessories, restocking merchandise shelves, performing open, close, and side-work duties as defined by cafe checklists, multi-tasking, and handling money accurately and responsibly.
