Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Lead the growth of the firm globally, driving business planning and P&L responsibility.
  • Deal Advisory: Lead, generate, and deliver Deal Advisory, M&A, and Due Diligence engagements, driving value creation for clients.
  • Client Development: Lead client development efforts, ideating and generating proposals and other collateral, and presenting to clients.
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to professional articles, industry publications, writing white papers, and speaking at events and conferences.
  • Culture Building: Build an inclusive culture, fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work environment.
Requirements
  • Expertise: Proven advisor to PE deal teams and C-Suite level executives, recognized as a leading expert in Deal Advisory, M&A, and Due Diligence.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated track record of driving firm performance, growing client relationships, and delivering financial results.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop team members, with a high degree of initiative and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Communication: Detail-oriented, self-starter with intellectual curiosity and teamwork capabilities, able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Compensation: Salary range of $350,000 to $450,000, plus discretionary bonus.
