Lawn Care Specialist

At Fairway Lawns, we're seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our customers' lawns receive the best care possible.
- Provide top-notch customer service by communicating effectively with customers about their service.
- Make recommendations for continuous improvement in customers' lawn care needs.
- Identify solutions for common and complex lawn care issues and play an active role in implementing those solutions.
- Use environmentally responsible lawn care products and follow proper application guidelines.
- Drive an assigned route using a company vehicle.
- Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and submit requests for routine maintenance to the fleet department.
- Utilize technology to read and follow routes, order specifications, and enter job details.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of lawn care or relatable experience.
- Knowledge of fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without any accommodation.
- Flexibility to work Saturday hours on an as-needed basis to meet production goals.
