Job Overview

As a Shift Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Edgewater Grill location. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, ensuring seamless front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of service, quality, and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, to support operational needs and minimize waste.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.

Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming badge.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
