We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit at Upper Valley Medical Center. As an LPN, you will work closely with our Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a positive patient experience.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse
- Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve patient care goals
- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Requirements:
- Diploma Program in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid Ohio LPN license
- Certification to administer medications
- Preferrable: IV Certification
