Pilot Flying J Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain overall cleanliness of the store and surrounding areas.
  • Clean showers, restrooms, and other facilities to ensure a healthy environment.
  • Wash, load, and unload towels for showers and other uses.
  • Perform general repair and maintenance tasks to ensure the store's facilities are in good working order.
  • Collect and remove all trash and debris from the travel center and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent guest service by maintaining well-maintained facilities and responding to guest needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
