We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide knowledgeable guidance to customers on selecting the most suitable products for their needs.
  • Process customer orders efficiently using our order management system.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and adhere to established cash handling procedures.
  • Prepare and organize customer orders for pickup.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by adhering to merchandising standards.
  • Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and displayed in designated areas.
  • Contribute to a safe working environment by following safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • May assist with delivery duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred, ideally within the building materials industry.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC or plumbing products is beneficial.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Experience in warehousing operations is helpful.
  • Proficient in using general computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and transport merchandise safely.
  • Strong mathematical skills for cash handling purposes.
