Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Outfitter to join our team at Cabela's. As a Sales Outfitter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support for our Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to customers
  • Identify and evaluate customer needs, making product recommendations based on this analysis
  • Promote programs such as CLUB membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick up
  • Demonstrate product to customers and maintain a high level of product knowledge
  • Organize and maintain merchandise within the retail store
  • Replenish product on shelves as required
  • Remain knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain pricing and signing
  • Assist with seasonal floor merchandise moves
  • Keep work area clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience in Retail
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
