Evening Filling Line Technician

GENERAL SUMMARY
Support the operation of the filling line and assist in packaging finished products.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure adequate supplies for the filling line, including empty containers and packaging materials.
- Assist the operator in adjusting filling line components between production runs.
- Inspect the application of lids on containers and manually secure any loose lids.
- Print and affix labels to completed boxes.
- Package and organize finished products for shipment.
- Complete documentation forms and attach them to pallets.
- Transport finished pallets to designated staging areas for shipping.
To excel in this role, candidates must be able to fulfill each essential duty effectively. The qualifications listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
Experience and Education Required
- No prior experience required.
- Experience in filling operations is preferred.
- Basic mathematical and measurement skills.
- Fundamental reading and comprehension abilities.
- Ability to follow standard filling line procedures as instructed during initial training and from production documentation.
- Work independently and complete assigned tasks without constant supervision.

While performing the essential functions of this role, the employee is regularly required to stand, bend, and/or stoop, as well as grasp, handle, or feel objects.
