Key Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of limited supervision, performs scheduled and non-scheduled repair of equipment, systems, and the facility.

  • Troubleshoots and repairs physical plant and equipment problems.
  • Performs scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and the physical plant.
  • Designs and builds new equipment or modifies existing equipment, including providing quotes, drawing plans, schematics, and other documentation.
  • Supplies necessary data for department information system, including information on labor, inventory usage, and repair procedures.
  • Operates power equipment as needed to perform maintenance duties.
  • Stores and maintains department tools, supplies, equipment, parts inventory, and manuals in a clean, safe, well-organized manner.
  • Assists with the installation of new equipment and the development of appropriate set-up and repair procedures.
  • Provides technical information for the purchase of materials/parts for facility and equipment maintenance.
  • Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
  • Complies with Koozie Group EHS policy and maintains an effective working relationship with fellow associates.
Requirements:

A minimum of a two-year technical degree in electronics or a related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance settings.

  • Three or more years of related work experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting is preferred.
