Key Responsibilities:Under the guidance of limited supervision, performs scheduled and non-scheduled repair of equipment, systems, and the facility.
- Troubleshoots and repairs physical plant and equipment problems.
- Performs scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and the physical plant.
- Designs and builds new equipment or modifies existing equipment, including providing quotes, drawing plans, schematics, and other documentation.
- Supplies necessary data for department information system, including information on labor, inventory usage, and repair procedures.
- Operates power equipment as needed to perform maintenance duties.
- Stores and maintains department tools, supplies, equipment, parts inventory, and manuals in a clean, safe, well-organized manner.
- Assists with the installation of new equipment and the development of appropriate set-up and repair procedures.
- Provides technical information for the purchase of materials/parts for facility and equipment maintenance.
- Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
- Complies with Koozie Group EHS policy and maintains an effective working relationship with fellow associates.
A minimum of a two-year technical degree in electronics or a related field, or equivalent experience in manufacturing maintenance settings.
- Three or more years of related work experience in a manufacturing maintenance setting is preferred.
A competitive hourly wage ranging from $27.50 to $31, flexible schedules, great benefits, and a climate-controlled environment.
