About This Position

Schedule:
Monday - Thursday

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

The Warehouse Operations Supervisor will lead the Bulk Shipping Team in efficiently and accurately fulfilling daily outbound customer orders. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Ensure team members are properly checking out and returning equipment
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all departmental operations
  • Verify that orders are accurately processed, selected, and loaded
  • Ensure team members are effectively engaged in their tasks
  • Assist in maintaining precise inventory records
  • Complete necessary reporting
  • Ensure daily checks and updates of the Dashboard
  • Provide suggestions for operational improvements
  • Document and communicate priority tasks and personnel issues to Management
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to Management promptly with written documentation
  • Contribute to the general upkeep of all areas, equipment, and products in a clean and orderly manner
  • Set a positive example to promote teamwork and a constructive work environment

What You'll Need

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in warehouse or commissary operations, including inventory management preferred
- Ability to reason and solve basic practical problems while understanding a variety of instructions
