We are seeking an experienced CNC operator to join our team at DES MICRO PRECISION GROUP LLC in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in setting up and operating HAAS CNC lathes and mills, as well as experience with Mastercam programming and machining aluminum and stainless steel.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities

* Set up and operate CNC machines, including HAAS CNC lathes and mills
* Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate machining
* Perform first article inspections to ensure quality control
* Develop and maintain knowledge of machine types, including Kiwa
* Collaborate with team members to achieve manufacturing goals

RequirementsRequirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 2+ years of experience as a CNC operator or setup specialist
* Strong knowledge of math and geometry
* Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
