Finance Director

Job Title: Finance Manager

Job Summary: As a Finance Manager at Firelands Auto Group, you will be responsible for assisting customers in representing the dealership and providing the best finance rates from local banks and finance companies, insurance coverage, and extended warranty options.

Pay and Benefits: The base salary for this position is between $75,000 and $150,000 annually based on productivity, with additional benefits including insurance, 401k, vacation pay, and a fun and friendly work environment.

Responsibilities: As a Finance Manager, you will provide excellent customer service, meet company goals, and have a clear understanding of products. You will work with customers to find the best finance options and provide guidance on insurance coverage and extended warranty options.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need exceptional customer service skills, superior product knowledge, and three years of experience in auto finance. Prior sales experience and excellent communication skills are also required.
