Position Overview

Arrowstreet Capital is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee mid to large-scale initiatives with an emphasis on deploying innovative systems, platforms, and technologies.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership, vendors, and service providers to achieve project goals. Key responsibilities encompass comprehensive project planning, prioritization, dependency oversight, and execution.

Successful candidates will exhibit strong collaboration skills, the ability to work autonomously as well as within teams, effective communication across all organizational levels, and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define, plan, and execute IT projects; clarify the scope and timeline for all tasks and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project plans that include tasks, dependencies, milestones, resources, issues, and risks.
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status and address any issues; ensure ongoing support from all parties necessary for successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with various IT and business teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
  • Projects may involve the implementation of a content management system, client data warehouse, managing the SOC 1 audit process, infrastructure modernization, disaster recovery coordination, system upgrades, and more.
  • Act as a Scrum Master and facilitate Scrum events.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with the SOC 1 Audit Process.
  • Proficient in Change Management.
  • Knowledge of Disaster Recovery processes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, specifically supporting IT business projects, IT Risk Management projects, and operational initiatives.
  • Experience in the Financial Services sector is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior experience in an institutional investment management firm supporting IT projects is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud migration implementation projects is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong project management skills, including familiarity with best practices, standards, and methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt positively to change, and re-prioritize tasks as necessary.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification is preferred. PMP and/or SAFE certification is a plus. ITIL Certification is also desirable.
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness.
