Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized nursing care to residents, utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop outcomes-based plans of care.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to residents and their families.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
