Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified Faculty Adjunct Clinical MSN to join our team at Centra Medical Group, LLC. As a Faculty Adjunct Clinical MSN, you will engage in teaching activities in the classroom, skills laboratory, and clinical setting, guiding and directing student activities to promote progressive student attainment of Course and Curriculum Objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach courses in nursing education, including classroom and clinical instruction
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of students and the nursing profession
  • Guide and direct student activities in the classroom and clinical environment
  • Collaborate with faculty and clinical staff to coordinate student clinical rotations
  • Actively promote a supportive learning environment reflective of excellence in nursing practice

Qualifications:

  • Masters in nursing (MSN) degree from a regionally accredited college/university
  • Minimum of 3 years healthcare clinical experience
  • Proficient with common Microsoft applications
  • Understanding of educational principles and methodologies
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Hold a current, active license as a registered nurse in Virginia or hold a current multistate licensure privilege as a registered nurse
