Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Flex

At Sephora, we're seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our team. As a Beauty Advisor, you'll play a key role in helping clients discover the power of beauty and creating personalized experiences that exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service and create a welcoming environment for all clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and provide personalized beauty consultations.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events to drive business growth.
  • Deliver exceptional client service during BOPIS and client service interactions.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience in retail, preferably in a beauty-related field.
  • Passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
