Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Professional to join our team at Intuit. As a key member of our TurboTax Business team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and tax preparation services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations
  • Prepare and file business and personal tax returns, including federal and state tax returns
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to customers through video and audio tools
  • Utilize commercial tax preparation software to prepare and file tax returns
  • Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 seasons of personal Tax Preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year
  • Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Must possess an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation
  • Experience preparing Business Tax returns for service industry customers
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
