Clinical Leadership Role for Registered Nurse Supervisor - Weekends

Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor for weekend coverage in our skilled nursing facility in Cooperstown, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families
  • Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests
  • Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing
  • Maintain documentation of resident care services
  • Responsible for all clinical functions of the building
  • Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience required
  • Strong and positive team director for all members of the staff
  • Basic computer skills
