Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Superintendent, you will oversee and guide subcontractors and team members to ensure projects are executed according to established plans and specifications, while prioritizing safety, quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

Essential Duties:
  • Formulate and uphold operational business plans encompassing all program requirements, labor hours, production costs, and project image.
  • Set production and quality control benchmarks, develop budgetary and cost management strategies, and gather data regarding product specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Assist in crafting the erection process plan, addressing personnel, material, subcontractor, facility, and equipment needs.
  • Coordinate field service and erection activities with various organizational functions to optimize resource utilization.
  • Analyze production and operational reports, directing the resolution of manufacturing and maintenance challenges to minimize costs and prevent delays.
  • Conduct administrative tasks related to the effective management of field operations, including data compilation and report generation.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for assigned personnel to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan and schedule subcontractor activities.
  • Contribute to the research and development of innovative products.
  • Train and ensure compliance of all assigned personnel with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Guarantee adherence to established cost, quality, and delivery commitments.
  • Provide input for the strategic planning of the erection division.
Qualifications:

Certifications: OSHA 10 Hr and OSHA 30 Hr Certifications; PCI Field Auditor certification is preferred.

Education: A four-year college degree is preferred, or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience is required.

Supervisory Experience: 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience is necessary.

Travel Requirements: This role primarily involves fieldwork with limited office time; daily travel to job sites is expected, along with occasional out-of-town travel for project needs.
