Daily Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will engage in the fabrication, assembly, and packaging of displays utilizing hand tools. Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong attention to detail, reliability, and self-motivation.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently with precision and accuracy
- Mechanically inclined with practical problem-solving skills
- Solid work history with a focus on dependability
- Capability to read measuring tools and operate basic hand tools
- Proficient in basic math for record-keeping tasks
- Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or assembly is advantageous, but we offer training for the right candidates
Work Schedule:
This position operates on a first shift from 6 AM to 2:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. We offer flexibility in start and end times to accommodate business needs. Full-time team members typically work 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods.
