Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Student Server to join our team at StoryPoint. As a Student Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our residents and guests have a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Meals with a Smile: Serve meals in a professional manner, demonstrating a genuine concern to please residents and guests.
  • Maintain a Clean and Sanitary Environment: Follow safe food handling and sanitation practices, and perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that residents and guests receive high-quality food in a timely fashion, and maintain a positive attitude, demonstrating professional behavior and good personal hygiene.
  • Work as a Team Player: Wait on tables and assist other staff as needed, and tactfully and professionally handle resident concerns and complaints.
  • Meet High Standards: Follow all Dining Services Standards of service, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Prior Restaurant Experience: Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must be friendly, provide excellent customer service, and consistently display an attitude that fosters a teamwork environment.
