Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry protocols and policy changes to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer records and sales databases to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Collaborate with policyholders to develop and deliver risk management strategies

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers
  • Proficient in sales and marketing principles, with a focus on customer-centric solutions
  • Driven by goals and dedicated to achieving financial success, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to obtain licenses in property, casualty, and life insurance within 60 days of employment
