We are seeking an experienced Dockhand Coordinator to join our team at Suntex Marina Investors, LLC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of marina operations.

Assist the Circle of Boating Manager and other Dockhands in marina-related duties such as securing boats to docks, connecting and monitoring utility services, black water pump out, waste disposal, and facility sanitation.

Provide exceptional customer service, expediting requests from vessels, transporting guests and baggage, delivering provisions and packages, and operating motor and water vehicles and other mechanized equipment.

Routine cleaning duties, including restrooms, docks, walkways, equipment, and all other areas of the marina, are also essential responsibilities of this role.

Maintenance of a friendly, professional working relationship with coworkers, members, guests, and vendors is crucial.
