As a Primary Care Provider with The Inline Group, you will have the opportunity to work in a rural setting, providing essential healthcare services to communities in need. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and cultural sensitivity, as you will be working with diverse patient populations in remote villages.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct clinical services, including patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Supervise Community Health Aides/Practitioners in village clinics, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to best practices.
- Split your time between Nome, AK, and village clinics, with transportation and housing provided.
- Work with a dynamic team to deliver excellent healthcare with compassion, while also promoting cross-cultural understanding and respect.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience working in a community health practice or setting.
- Primary care experience in a rural setting, with a focus on cultural competence.
- Eligibility for DEA registration and experience with teleradiology, telemedicine, and Cerner preferred.
