Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of our medical units, including staffing, patient flow, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
- Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as pharmacy and laboratory, to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a House Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- ACLS and PALs certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
