Primary Care Opportunity in Charming New Hampshire
">Planet Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Medical Director to lead our Primary Care practice in picturesque New Hampshire.
About the Role:
- This full-time outpatient position offers a unique blend of leadership and clinical responsibilities, making it an ideal opportunity for a motivated physician who wants to make a meaningful impact in their community.
- We are looking for a provider who plans to establish long-term roots in the area and contribute to the growth and development of our healthcare team.
- The Medical Director will oversee and guide the outpatient care, facilitate office flow, address day-to-day clinical aspects, and serve as a direct clinical supervisor for outpatient medical practitioners.
- This role requires approximately 12 hours per week dedicated to Medical Director responsibilities and 28 hours per week spent delivering high-quality patient care as a primary care clinician.
- The ideal candidate will enjoy optimizing EMR systems, developing best practices, and providing exceptional patient care.
- Community call coverage, including local nursing home patients, is TBD but expected to be approximately 1:4.
- We utilize Meditech Expanse EMR and Dragon dictation technology.
- The practice serves a diverse patient population with access to various subspecialties, including Audiology, Cardiology, ENT/Allergy, General Surgery, Neurology, OB/GYN, Orthopaedics, Podiatry, Pulmonary Medicine, Radiology, Sleep Medicine, Tele-Medicine Rheumatology, and Urology.

Compensation and Benefits:
