Position Overview
We are currently seeking a skilled Project Construction Leader to oversee and manage construction initiatives on behalf of our esteemed client. This role presents an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a reputable organization.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities as a Project Construction Leader will encompass:
- Strategically plan, organize, direct, and evaluate construction projects from inception to completion, adhering to project timelines, specifications, and budgetary constraints.
- Supervise construction sites and general contractors to uphold superior quality and safety standards.
- Conduct daily safety and work meetings each morning, coordinating site activities among all contractors and personnel.
- Ensure compliance with contract documents and industry best practices throughout the construction process.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory construction role.
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial construction.
- Proficiency in Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction, including utilities (experience in Oil and Gas/pipeline is advantageous).
- Knowledge of Construction Safety Practices and OSHA regulations (30 Hour OSHA Training is required).
