This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Branch Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective recruitment, sales, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Lead a team of recruiters and business development managers to achieve sales and recruitment goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and marketing efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to drive business growth and retention
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and headcount to ensure financial stability and growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and training, and mentor team members to achieve individual and team goals

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent
  • Professional oral and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales, recruitment, or business development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills

Compensation:

$60,000-$65,000 base salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities

OTE $95K in Year 1
