Manufacturing Supervisor

This Manufacturing Supervisor opportunity is ideal for a motivated leader who can drive business results and operational improvements. As a member of the plant leadership team, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations for an assigned area and shift, focusing on productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement.

1. Elevate productivity, efficiency, customer service, cost, quality, safety, and employee engagement objectives through collaborative efforts.
2. Leverage empowerment, teamwork, on-the-job assignments, and continuous improvement projects to develop and support direct reports.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive safety programs and safe work practices, fostering a culture of safety and well-being.
4. Maintain effective employee & labor relations within the department by building a skilled and dedicated team.
5. Advance continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives to drive business success.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Food Science, Engineering, or a related field is desired.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and guide large teams of hourly associates.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through qualities.
• Collaborative spirit and effective working relationships with diverse plant personnel.

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $83,400-$104,200. Our comprehensive compensation package includes a base salary, performance-based bonus, and a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career growth.
